Key System/SP Now - Part 2 Poplar St

This series of pictures from today were taken on Poplar St in Oakland which I think makes the tracks ex-Key System tracks. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Mr Key Route Ken I remember a few months back you posted pictures of the Oakland Mole and there was a remark made regarding the roof trusses. You replied that some of the Mole trusses were used re-used at an Oakland steel plant. Was this plant the Pacific Pipe plant which is picture #2?

And when the Key Trains did use these tracks what was the average speed? The curves at the Nabisco/Sunshine factory don't look like they were constructed for very high speeds even though they are on private ROW.
