Key System was double track on Poplar. There was a junction just north of what is now W. Grand Ave. where the A and B lines split. Long ago there was electric freight service operated by Key System when Oakland Terminal was part of the company.
After the last Key trains ran on April 20, 1958, the double track became a single track in the middle of the street for use by Oakland Terminal (then owned by WP and AT&SF).
Nabisco was a stop on the A line. The palm trees near the cereal plant were put there by the Key Route ages ago.
