However, Stash's original comment has everything to do with railroads. In fact it is BIG NEWS that Union Pacific is showing some real class. Not only that - they seem to also be graciously accepting widespread public (including railfan) attention and interest, which was shown during the disaster and recovery.

Though I have been very critical of the U.P. in the past, and will continue to be in the future if and when warranted, credit must be given where credit is due.

This is very good news indeed. Maybe there is hope yet; now that the character of those who replaced the Mopac crowd is beginning to show, that UP will regain its footing and again become the best run railroad in the country.
