NO-- All of the track on the majority of POPLAR Street and LOUISE Street is single track that was re-laid by the Oakland Terminal Railroad after the KEY abandoned in 1958. All of the original KEY track on these streets was double. So--the right-of-way is former KEY SYSTEM but not the current single trackage..
