All kinds of legal filings turn up. He appears to be doing business as (at least) the following:

AVIATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD.-TM (ATL),
NEVADA CENTRAL RAILROADTH (NCR),
D/B/A: GREAT BASIN RAILROAD-TM (GBR),
D/B/A: NEVADA NORTHERN RAILWAYT* (NNR).

In one of the STB filings he mentions wanting to use Nevada Central RR to condemn a former Maytag plant in Galesburg for use in manufacturing High Speed Railroad equipment.

"NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION CONCERNING NCR'S ACQUISITION OF THE FORMER
MAYTAG MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE FACILITIES IN GALESBURG, IL, FOR
WHICH NCR WILL SITE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LINWOOD INDUSTRIAL LEAD"

His name appears in filings regarding the DOE Caliente rail line to Yucca Mtn, and he has also filed a RICO (racketeering) lawsuit against the City of Ely.
