It was located west of where Aleline Street and Middle Harbor Road intersect, west of the Schnitzer Steel property. The roundhouse faced west.

Not really. The remains were torn down after WP moved locomotive servicing down into the Oakland Yard, west of where the new yard office was (that building is still there but was sold off several years ago). The area was then paved over, new tracks installed, and used as a Chrysler unloading facility. Then a few years ago those tracks were removed and the area repaved for container storage.

After the roundhouse was closed the balloon track that ran next to it was used to turn locomotives. Eventually most of the balloon was removed and the remaining portion used for the west leg and tail of the current wye. This wye is the only WP trackage remaining in Oakland west of the end of the old WP First Sub (now UP's Oakland Sub) that ends just west of 50th Avenue in East Oakland.
