SP East Bay electric freight motor question

Does anyone have details? Was it a Baldwin Westinghouse ..and numbered 200? What purpose did it serve in its apparently short time in the East Bay? For example.. Did it work the Berkeley Ward St. yard where the some 5 tracks all had overhead wire? Also a short spur off the Berkeley Calif St line running SE into the block at Channing?? A PG&E facility perhaps? Were there other industries serviced by this loco? Thx all. Interestingly orig plans for SP electrics at least mail cars if not the combos ..showed toilets..
