D'oh, didn't mean to hit 'post" yet...

CEMEX brings up some very good points, as the handful of paragraphs in the original filing didn't mention the elephant in the room: UP's imminent sale of the property. Reading the CEMEX filing, they ask many of the questions we've been asking as well.
