Thanks, Bob, for the reminder to people that there's still time to ride the ZooLights train this season ( [www.oregonzoo.org] ). Last night we had 8,860 customers in the zoo and, judging from the waiting line, probably half of them rode the trains. I think the line was back to the 1-hour wait mark by the time the second train departed just after 5:00 PM and we ran two trains continuously except that #5/#2 didn't make a run between the last two trips of #1 which last departed at 9:30 PM.

I'm working one more night of ZooLights (December 30). If any of you AP readers will be attending that night and would like to ride the engine just ask me.
