STMA still not running to Plummer, but as we've posted here many times, the Branch Train to Clarkia runs on an ever-changing schedule. Some weeks it's M/W/F, others its T/Th,sometimes almost M-F. Spend a few days there and you should catch it. You can always count on the Switcher to be working the yard and making runs to the Potlatch mill (west side of St. Maries) and Regulus Stud (northeast side). I occasionlly hear him taking work trains to the Benewah Trestle reconstruction.

Great Northwest's Ayer Turn usually leaves Lewiston between 11am and 1pm, Sun-Fri. You can shoot him pulling out of the yard and again along the river, then have ample time to reach Central Ferry ahead of him. This time of year, fertilizer production is heavy, so they can easily eat up a couple hours switching Central Ferry. Usually starts back east out of Ayer in late afternoon, or sometimes as late as 7 or 8pm.

BGCM's Kooskia Turn east from Lewiston usually makes a two-day round trip to Kamiah or Kooskia twice a week. CSP RailNet and GNR used to run east on Tue and Thu, but we caught the BGCM (who now runs it) heading east on Monday during spring break. The next morning they leave Kooskia, but normally not until early afternoon, allowing time for the Bennett lumber reload to fill enough of the empties that were brought in the night before. Very little grain being loaded at Greer right now.

BNSF CdA Local no longer runs weekends. Some mornings they may run west to Fairchild, and either hit the CdA Branch later that afternoon or not until the following day. Most trips on the branch go at least to Huetter, where they can run around cars to switch the two mills in Post Falls on their way back. Not every trip goes clear to CdA anymore. Even if there are loads waiting in CdA, they may sit there a day or two.

UP Plummer Turn, best as I know, is still Sun-Fri, but only runs the branches to Plummer and/or Fairfield on M/W/F. The alternate days find him dinking around the Spokane Yard and shuttling interchange to and from BNSF's Erie Street Yard.
