Questions Re Trinidad, CO Bypass

Thers's been some coverage lately on that "other" bulletin board about C&S / BN / BNSF operations on their line through Trinidad, CO. Does anyone know when that bypass was built that keeps trains on the C&S line out of downtown Trinidad? Have the tracks been removed entirely on the old alignment? Any word on what the C&S depot is being used as?
