Thanks for info. From where to where did the special train operate? Perhaps you could post the pictures of it here? In 2001 there was an AAPRCO passenger special that ran from Amarillo to Denver that ran through Trinidad. Are there any plans for a more substantial Amtrak station other than that mini-trailer? Too bad the attractive C&S station sits unused while the Amtrak trains have to use a trailer. Maybe someone with a lot of money burning a hole in their pocket could pay to move the building over to the ATSF right-of-way! Hello Bill Gates? Hello Warren Buffett?
