An early morning shot of Canadian Pacific #5708 an SD40-2 switching copper concentrate loads at the CP yard in Ashcroft, BC in July of 2009. This is the Ashcroft local which works daily from Kamloops to Ashcroft, M-F. This was a very hot summer with plenty of brush and forest fires in British Columbia, note the slurry on the hillside above Ashcroft.
