BNSF Christmas Train in Cajon Pass

For those who are interested in last week's BNSF X-Mas train run on Cajon Pass, here are some images from the day...

First is of the train sitting at San Bernardino station, with a Metrolink watching over it.

Second is of the San Bernardino station in full (which was restored quite nicely a few years back).

Third, back in the station, a Union Pacific intermodal passes the X-mas train.

Fourth, we are all the way up on Summit, watching the train slow to a stop before switching end for to make the run back down to SB.

Fifth, is at Mormon Rocks, where the train heads back down Cajon Pass.

And finally, sixth is of the UP train, following at Mormon Rocks.
