Tehachapi Depot reconstruction

I had the day to head to the loop on Sunday and found the route lacking trains (I had forgotten about the Colton diamond project?) anyway we did see trains about 5 in all of 5 hours. We stopped off to have a look see the new Tehachapi depot and it really is looking good. Its not done yet. The one thing I had noticed on the site is the contractor need to have the trim carpenter or the door man replace or repair the door jambs where the installer had hacked the wood around the strike plate on three door I saw. (I am a finish contractor) anyway if it is not repaired it will make for an easy breakin. Just my two cents worth if any one knows who the GC is.
By the way if anyone is in the area make sure you stop by the Bakery to the west of the depot it has some very good bakery goods and the Eye candy is not bad as well.
