It is a good idea to make the subject line of a posting MEANINGFUL. In this case, I decided to NOT read the post because the subject meant nothing to me. Later, when I saw that the Old Pole Burner had answered the post, THEN I decided to read the post. Actually, it is an intriguing subject. The Old Pole Burner makes it sound as though when something is big enough, politically, "Uncle Pete" will co-operate.
