Modoc RR Academy

I just found photos of Modoc RR Academy moving their "Green Goat" in by truck. I Googled their location, and looked at the satelite view. Can anyone confirm that they only have about 1/2 mile of track with no mainline connection? (Sankey/Pleasant Grove, California - near Sacramento) For as much as they are charging, I would expect a better "hands on" facility - especially for engineers!
