Accident in a "Quiet Zone"
Q train I bet not using horn
Quad Gates ineffective, did not stop the car from trespassing
Quad gate destroyed
Full police and fire response
Delays to all BNSF and Metrolink traffic
Crew counciling
I can see the entire cost of this accident (in the millions) coming out of Placentia's pocket if they are self insured
I hope Placentia fights the injured party (or next of kin) when they sue
