Carol is correct, and the fact that few pattendees tumbled to the glitches is a testament to the efforts of the volunteers and staff.

Railfair '99 had much lower attendance than the previous Railfairs, and unlike the previous Railfairs, it lost money. Those facts, along with the removal of so much track in the old shop area (which makes it very difficult to store stuff out of the way, such as support cars, etc), and the lousey economy, all make it very unlikely that there will be a Railfair in 2011, or in the near future.
