OTR still has three customers and this is traffic for them, they are a transloader who loads and unlads product ijnto sea containers. There is no more Oakland Army Base, the Port owns some of the Porperty and the City of Oakland base redevelopment auntority owns the rest of the property. The Port and the City removed all most all the trackage about 2 1/2 years ago and the pulled must of the track out of the Knight yard. This customer has only 2 tracks and thats all taht really left of the Army base trackage.
