6.5 Earthquake in Nor. Cal. - related question

When there is a large earthquake on the west coast, like occurred today at 4:27 near Eureka, do the railroads automatically stop all trains? If so, for how long? Also, what level of earthquake usually triggers a shutdown? Just curious about what kind of procedures they have.

Thanks
