You might luck out and see the Sierra at work on the Santa Cruz Branch with their GP20. They run as needed to Watsonvillle Jct. Other than that, your only afternoon bet would be the Soledad and/or Hollister Local doing some work at Watsonville Jct. No daytime mainline traffic unless there is a late empty autorack train north or a random lite engine/empty well car train south to empty/fill a siding.
