Wouldn't she have a pilot if she was running on a district she wasn't qualified for? I'm sure she was sitting there for looks :-) and moved the train a few feet for a photo op. I can't believe the SP messing with the seniority istricts for a photo op.

Train 110 left SF at 6:10a. Don't think there would be a press op at that time
