Holiday Express 2006 begins this weekend

The Oregon Pacific Railroad is pleased to once again host the steam event Holiday Express 2006 on our former Portland Traction East Portland Division. The event will operate out of Oaks Amusement Park near the Sellwood Bridge and run north to the East Portland yard and return.

This weekend, Friday thru Sunday, will feature the SP&S 700; next weekend the SP4449 will do the honors.

All proceeds go towards establishing a permanent home for the three steam locomotives. Ticket sales are being handled by Tickets West; details can be obtained from the ORHF website www.orhf.org
