BNSF 4763 stopped eastbound at Summit Switch on the Mojave Sub, Nov. 2005. I don't know why it was stopped, perhaps traffic conditions, but stopping here before advancing on the Approach signal is a good idea- having to stop on top of the detector not far from this location would cause extra nonsense for a probably already long trip over this short district.
