Maybe this would be a good location for a rotary snow plow test. (If you've ever seen a rotary hit a deer.........) Too bad we as a society can't get a handle on the gang situation. First step would be to quit treating them like children, convict as adults rather than turning them loose after a day or two would be a start. Ex-wife was a teacher and was constantly frustrated with administrators that insisted on talking them to death rather than assigning any consequences to their actions---gang bangers just laughed at the principals and went back and finished their drug deal in the hallway. Knife someone and get told "now, you shouldn't do that, it might make the other person feel bad." actual quote, kid stayed in school, got knife back after school!!! Ex-wife quit the next day!
