This car was built as #1 along w/ #2 as a steam generator car for use on the new Cascade Tunnel electrified route. Went to WP along w/ #2 & the car that later went to OP&E. The OP&E car was built as an RPO and converted, along with its sister. It is at Mid-Continent. One or more of the GN sites have photos & rosters.

The number 8645 (8-6-45) and name Little Boy is an acknowledgment to armed Americans, the 2nd. ammendment and the weapons that this great country used to blast the Japs into defeat last century and bring and end to a short conflict called WWII.
