My main point is that the NCRA and all of the above in whatever you call the rails from Marin county to Eureka or wherever, involve a rail line which is in a very sad state of repair and has been abandoned by SP/UP and is involved with a group who has been getting money for many years to do certain things which have not happened and there are a buncha people out there arguing about it and flinging grenades of charges back and forth. If they have a business plan, then let's see the details of it. They have no competition and they are relying on government funds, so the details should be available to all of us who are taxpayers who are going to fund it.
