Rick, I DO Consider myself an expert on the NWP. I have 10,000 pictures of it since 1957 and yes I am in the process of doing the first book since Fred Stindts 1985 which had 40 of my pictures in it. I have live next to the NWP all my life. I spend quite a lot of time going to NCRA meetings, CTC and Caltrans and talking to lots of who have first hand knowledge like I do. If you watch what I do, all of my posts deal with official news releases or stories from reporters. I do not add my opinions to them. It seems those that oppose what I post have a one track mind.
