It ain't so much the "Tree Huggers" (I like trees myself) as it is their d*** supposed lawyers, who get paid regardless of the merits of any particular case. Thats why they can be counted on to make a case out of anyone who tries virtually anything.

Tree huggers aren't even paying the legal bills either. The federal government funds the whole cost of these extremist organizations (as required by law) so they can push their anti-business agendas in court, rather than in open political debate, where they invariably loose. Once in court, these lawyers manage to override the very powers of goverment, even reasoned actions of properly appointed regulatory agencies. Thus the just powers of our government of the people have been usurped by self-appointed Czars. (One guess as to who in congress passed this stupid law)

If you think the NCRA is a boondoggle; you ain't seen nothin, compared to US supplying the very resources needed to screw ourselves. If they ultimately get their way - nobody anywhere will have anything to ship by rail in the Late Great America.
