It is definitely not dual gauge at that location.

No dual guage or even LARY interlocking that far south on the PE main. Last place where LARY and PE even crossed was on the spur to the old Goodyear plant up around Patti Hearst's old neighborhood, served by the wingfoot job. There was still some ng trackage there up in the median of the stree near the plant, until Goodyear was torn down, where the USPS sorting faciltiy is.
