How's the rain affecting the real railroads? Haven't heard from the NWP trolls, has the NWP flooded out yet? There is a real lack of information regarding the current conditions on the Coast? What is the status of Amtrak and Metrolink services due to the storms? Any word on the status of rail tranist operations due to the storm, catenary down, trees, rerotes, cancellations?

I alway had issues with the professionalism of TO, I don't subscribe, partially because I'm cheap, and partially because of the same issues OPRRMS has, with things like insane fomers and unsafe advice, but so what? Our editor does a good job here, and only occasionally step in when people actually start to go nuts, or start using it for their non railroad rants.... I like this site because of that.

I confesse, though, that it would be far more interesting, if people actually looked up from posting their peeves about TO, to look outside and share what's happening to the railroands this week?
