Ed Pfeister gets it, he's a notorious railroad shark. It's Connex that appears to be at primary fault, for complete failure to supervise and test their employee, after repeated warnings, and they have the deepest pockets, because of the contract liability they agreed to in the contract with ML. This is why the spin game from Connex about the reported false "green" that no one can replicate. They are in deep, and are now spreading a layer of doubt to try to insulate themselves, and confuse juries. This "bus" operator has been a notable rail "privatization" failure.
