According to CHP's website, here is Highway 12's condition:

IS CLOSED FROM 1.4 MI EAST OF SONOMA TO THE JCT OF SR 121 (SONOMA CO) - DUE
TO FLOODING - MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE

And here is 121's condition:

IS CLOSED AT THE JCT OF SR 12 (SONOMA CO) - DUE TO FLOODING - MOTORISTS ARE
ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE

I can just picture what it looks like right there....driven by there many times, and that big open field area on the east side of the intersection gets flooded even with a small rain. I can only imagine what it looks like now.
