The Almanor Railroad is ( was ? ) located in the North East corner of California,in Plumas County. The line runs from a connection with the BNSF, ex - U.P., exx - W.P. Inside Gateway line @ Clear Creek Jct., West along the north shore of Lake Almanor, to a lumber mill in Chester, CA.
