The usual negative anti-rail rants, by the usual suspects, to overturn the election and go back to doing nothing, everytime there is a challenge to overcome at SMART?

Federal funding makes some sense, because California now gets about 78 cents for every dollar we send in taxes to Washington, which is really hurting our economy. It would require California to start getting its act together, and that is a bigger challenge than the funding.
