Not sure if we are talking highway or rail push car here? I recall THA had a substantial Skagit type speeder sans motor salvaged from the woods near Carlotta. PL probably used it as a passenger trailer. It had bench seats and full length side steps, cast wheels I believe. Put some good safe brakes on that and it would make a great addition to the A&MR speeder.
