I've been taking a look in a 2009 "Canadian Traickside Guide" and have found some of them.

Portage seems to be the division point between Hastings and Tomah subs.
Hastings is on the River sub.
Wisconsin Dells is on the Tomah sub.
Hilbert is on the Manitowoc sub and junction with the Chilton sub.

I can't find a Junction City or Wisconsin Jct. by those names.

Maybe you could provide some close by names.
