Back in the fact based univesrse, I just came back from ML's Meeting today, the GL service is restored through to Pasadena, with single track delays between Mt. Washington and South Pasadena. It should be back to full service by rush hour. The MTA response was actually very good and has improved dramatically since Cannell took over. This segment, though, has a lot of old dead trees, and overgrown invasive Japanese elms, that fall at every storm, and they need to thin them out along this segment, to reduce these repeated occurences.
