The City of Cincinnati, OH owns the Cincinnati Southern Railway which runs from Cincinnati, through Kentucky, and on Chattanooga, Tennessee. The CSR is leased to Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway (CNO&TP) which is owned by Norfolk Southern.
