Nope. San Francisco.

West Oakland is located at Mile Post 4.8. There were two Mile Post 5's on the SP in Oakland. The one on the line heading towards San Jose is opposite the brick Diesel Shop building (it should be visible from the southbound lanes of the freeway if one looks carefully.). The one on the Cal-P was out near 10th Street before the main lines were moved to where they are now. UP subsequently renumbered the mile posts on the Cal-P; CP 10th Street is Mile Post 2.2, and Mile Post 5 is now out at what they call CP Shellmound (which isn't where Shellmound actually was). Confused yet?
