Pretty funny article. Railroads are indefensible to any motivated force seeking to commit sabotage, and history from the Civil War to WWII proves this. No security projects have been attempted because no plan makes even the smallest bit of sense. Sure, they check cargo boxes for radiation at the ports, but fail to mention that a port is a great place to set off a nuke. We should spend money, but only if it makes sense.
