That was the district I got qualifed on. Honestly, I stopped reading at the quote regarding grade-seperating all the crossings at once. I really didn't need to read anymore! That is a heavily populated district, rife with commuter impatience. Merely suggesting that even more than a few crossings be reworked at one time reeks of idiocy. To have that notion actually put into a plan is typical. And, California politics being what they are, I've no doubt at some point the project will commence as originally planned.
