I'm sure the reason(s) that the UP won't move the unit are (1) is not roller bearing equipped and (2) does not have alignment control couplers. Neither of these deficiencies by itself or in combination as long as the unit was otherwise roadworthy would have prevented movement twenty years ago but nowdays they are the excuses the class I's need to not be bothered.
