Also as I write this passenger rail service stops today at Irvine and Bustitution from there south so another peice of the Laguna Niguel puzzle can be assembled. Notice in Richard's pictures the concrete ties on the TURNOUTS! I believe this is sometime new for the local track crews? The tricks I have seen BNSF and SDNR crews use would not work for these.
