Ojore Nuru Lutalo was recently released from prison, but may have continued legal problems. As reported in Saturday's edition of the Fresno Bee, Mr. Lutalo was detained at the bustling metropolis of La Junta, Colorado after a fellow passenger overheard him talk about terroist threats on his cell phone and mention al-Qaida. This passenger then alerted other passengers, who then alerted authorities.
Mr. Lutalo, who is from Elizabeth, NJ (PRR served) is now facing a felony charge of endangering public transportation. He was apparently traveling from Los Angles to Chicago. No further details as to the particulars of his phone call were provided.
