You totally misunderstood, but that's okay. By Googling, I don't know why you thought I was telling you to dig up dirt on him. I simply meant that you can Google the news articles and read more about what took place.

Additionally, most laws are very similar from state to state. Not always verbatim, not always exact, but usually very similar. That is why I mentioned the law in a state that I know....there is most likely a similar law in Colorado. After all, he WAS arrested.

I give up trying to explain anything else.
