Ok, that makes more sense. I had read the article in the BEE before seeing it here. Totally worthless Journalism with no real information given. The BEE refers to a "passenger on an Amtrak passage" The article goes on about the alleged fourth hand overheard vague threats. No details given about the actual phone conversation. I don't know how they will be able to charge him with anything when its he said she said. What a joke.
I too live in California, so I only hope the rest of the country has more common sense when it comes to "a one size fits all" approach to laws.
