I happened by this construction activity at the end of last week. FYI, the contractor is fabricating continuous welded trolley rail along the south side of Lloyd Blvd. Curious how and when they manhandle the rail to its point of installation? Assume it is a night time job due to the crazy traffic in that neighborhood. Speaking of the underground utility work, I don't think I have ever seen so much marking paint! It looks like a scene from Taggers Gone Wild!!
