Paul's right. Coal to the PGE plant slacks off a bit this time of year. Potash, however, is running heavy right now on the SI and Washy (and of course on down the Columbia) as well as grain. My experiences on the Washy during May and June (when the landscape is still fairly green) have found coal is running pretty steady again by then.
